Kubrick’s first feature length film was 1953, Fear and Desire. That and Killer’s Kiss are black and white B movie fare and a hard watch.
The Killing (1956) is better.
Paths of Glory is highly regarded, but has Kirk Douglas doing his ‘thing’.
Spartacus is an epic, with Kirk Douglas doing his ‘thing’. Kubrick was just a hired director.
James Mason is good in Lolita (1962) but it is spoilt by Peter Sellers doing his funny voices.
Dr Strangelove… is a classic but it is spoilt by Peter Sellers doing his funny voices.
2001… is truly a great film, and looks marvellous on the big screen.
A Clockwork Orange has been messed about with over the years and looks the most dated (of later Kubrick’s films).
Barry Lyndon is a cinematic masterpiece with some dull acting. Needs to be seen on a big screen and on film.
The Shining is truly a great film.
Full Metal Jacket is Kubrick’s Vietnam movie.
Eyes Wide Shut (1999) is Kubrick’s last and is dull stuff. Kubrick defenders say it is unfinished, but it was released and is spoilt by Tom Cruise.

It’s not a huge catalogue for over 45 years. Of these films, all have been on 4K before except the very early ones and Lolita. Many have been available on bluray as well, including Lolita.
