If you are a Beatles fan and are coming to London, it may have crossed your mind to visit some of the bigger locations in this capital associated with the fab four. We’re sure there are websites that detail all these, and we know there are companies who do guided tours to locations associated with many famous bands and performers.
So, we won’t do that.
We’re not going to try to put you off. If you want to go, go. Just be aware that so many places are either unremarkable or actually disappointing. We don’t want you to be disappointed, so go and do it and then you will know.
So here are a few of the biggest Beatle places, how to get there and what you will find when you do.
If you are in the UK right now, or are intending to come very soon, and are going to be using the trains, then you should be aware that a new timetable for the whole UK comes into force this Sunday ie 2 June 2024.
For most services there will be little change, some tweaks of timing and possibly frequency, but there could be major changes on some lines, maybe services withdrawn or new ones added.
So, if you are intending to travel, do double check what is going on, especially if you booked a while ago and double especially if you have connections..
