Don’t be a wimp
Our first piercing was a septum.

We are celebrating its eleventh anniversary. It was something we always wanted.
We know someone who really wanted a certain piercing but was not sure. If you’re not sure, fine. There are lots of reasons for wanting a piercing: you are a fan of someone who has one, or you know someone, or it’s a fashion, or a challenge.
The person decided that they would get a different one, something they really didn’t want, just to see how it goes.
For us, this is not good. Different people are affected by piercings differently, even the same piercing on different sides of your body. It’s a waste of your time and money, and if people comment on it, what will you say? “I didn’t really want that!”
Whatever it is you want, go for it. Only then will you truly know.
If you have two things that you are equally keen on, maybe get both? Saves a journey and time and maybe you will get a discount. Most piercers say three or four piercings at a time is just fine.
