Here in the UK we have a Trump wannabe, Nigel Farage. Farage is like Trump but with less charm.
Farage has been a face on the political scene for decades. He currently runs The Reform Party. Some people say it’s not a real political party, rather a Farage company designed to make him even richer. We know nothing about that.
We do know two people who have joined this far right party. Their main, perhaps only policy relates to immigration. One of our acquaintances is openly racist. “There are too many black people in this country.” When asked how many is too many, “well any” is the answer.
The other also expresses racist views, but less so, and this party appeals to them and many others.
