No, not the Scala Cinema in King’s Cross, but the Scala Theatre in Charlotte Street, just off Tottenham Court Road.
For Beatles fans, it’s the place where all the concert footage for A Hard Day’s Night was filmed. You know, the bit at the end.
If you go to see it now, you’ll find… it’s gone. Demolished after a fire and now offices.
There are some nice restaurants round there, though.
