Scotch egg
What is it with a scotch egg? Is it really so fascinating?

It’s a boiled egg, wrapped in meat and breadcrumbs and fried.
You can get them at most food places, pre-packed and edible. Some places sell more fancy flavours, and the best have slightly runny (ie not hard boiled) centres.
Many restaurants serve them as a starter, or pub snack, and they can be warm but are usually cold.
And are light and delicious.
